glyonai-cookie-choice: records your permission or refusal to store your language for up to 12 months. This technical cookie remembers your decision and does not contain a visitor identifier.

glyonai-locale: stores only your chosen language, Brazilian Portuguese or English, for up to 12 months. It is saved only when you allow this preference to be stored.

Without this permission, language switching remains available. The language can be included in the page address without saving the language cookie.

This implementation does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools. You can also remove cookies through your browser settings.

Artificial intelligence assistant

When you send a message to the assistant, the conversation content and language are forwarded by the application to Glyonai's processing workflow in n8n and to the DeepSeek API to generate a response.

The chat history displayed in the interface is kept in the page's memory during use. Closing the panel alone does not clear the conversation; reloading the page or changing the language starts a new conversation in this interface.

Clearing the interface does not delete records that may exist in the processing infrastructure. Workflow executions and involved services may retain records according to their settings and policies.

Avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, payment details, sensitive information, or confidential documents. AI-generated responses may contain errors.

Technical browsing information

We use the language supplied by your browser to select the website's initial language. The infrastructure receiving requests also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, needed for communication and service operation.

Contact through external services

WhatsApp and email links allow you to contact us through external services. Processing performed by those services is also subject to their providers' policies.

Manage your preference

You can allow or decline language storage at any time. Declining removes any existing language cookie.
